There is nothing I like more than to act
as an unrepentant backseat driver the
day after a race. I rant, I rave, I second
guess everyone from the officials to the
crew chiefs. I have opinions galore, so I
decided the easiest way to share them
with fellow race fans was to start a
website. My name is Allison, and this is
MY NASCAR forum.

NASCAR today seems to waver between
two extremes: aggressively moving
towards the future while pulling at our
heartstrings with memories of the past.
It's getting on my nerves.

Every Monday I'll post a new column with my take on the previous week's events
or any other NASCAR-related topic that strikes my fancy. It won't always be pretty,
it won't always be grammatically correct. But it'll always be honest.

Periodically I'll also post random thoughts that don't necessarily warrant a
column but may be of interest nonetheless. You may agree, you may think I'm
smoking crack. Hopefully you'll keep reading.
